The Schultz-Hill Foundation has been established to promote and support the arts, history and education in South Jersey. In an effort to foster appreciation and awareness, one of our primary goals is to provide educational scholarships, direct grants and funding. We also provide the opportunity to nurture a given talent or simply broaden understanding of our world and social heritage.

The foundation achieves it's vision through close involvement with academia, and performing arts centers. It is this mission and the trustee's personal beliefs that drive us to contribute back to our local communities which have been good to us.

The foundation is a 501(c)(3) formed in 2003. Our headquarters will be located in an Atlantic City historical landmark known as the Professional Arts Building (circa 1930) at 1616 Pacific Avenue. The building was recently renamed the Schultz-Hill Foundation Professional Arts Building. Renovations are currently underway and the Foundation building will house historical archives and records.

NJSAA New Jersey Shore Arts Association Annual Jazz Brunch

IN conjunction with the Pattie Harris Atlantic City Dance Theatre, [NJSAA] New Jersey Shore Arts sponsors this annual brunch to raise community awareness of the need to bring the arts to the community and the community to the arts. "At our brunch we honor individuals who are artists or have given to the community," said Amy Sosnov, President of the association.

THIS scrumptious and sumptuous event will feature NJSAA’s famous, fabulous array of food, including students from Atlantic Cape Community College’s Culinary Arts Program preparing omelets to guests’ liking, J.B.’s delicious pulled pork, smoked fish, fabulous desserts plus much, much more delectable food, as well as wonderful music produced and presented by the talented Kathy Varallo.

ATLANTIC City’s own Art Dorrington, the first African-American ice hockey player signed to a National Hockey League contract and mentor to young people; Absecon’s Mayor Peter Elco and his wife, JoAnn Elco (active in charitable works); and Atlantic City native Pattie Harris (Broadway star and Atlantic City Dance Theatre owner/operator).

PROCEEDS from the brunch went to developing art classes and finding artists to help teach art at Our Lady Star of the Sea.
With budgetary cutbacks, NJSAA is pleased to bring artists to the 4th graders and have them do projects and learn about the various arts. . "We hope to expand to other schools in the near future and this brunch provides us with the means to do this", stated Sosnov.
